One
only needs to see the tension pulsing through the world today know that in
essence lying evil twin lack of dignity and opportunity for those who live in
poor parts of the world.
People with no dignity or opportunity or hope has nothing to lose, and when the nation achieved, hitting others that are considered stronger and more successful is given.
And while one can argue about the many facets of dignity, we can not deny that it is financially able to take care of ourselves and our love is at the core.
We live at a time when the strength of youth unprecedented. It is the largest young population in world history. However, according to the International Labour Organization (ILO), youth unemployment is also at an all time high - with 73 million unemployed 15-24 year-olds around the world.
Feelings of deprivation and despair facing young people this could potentially be a time bomb. They are located in the center of social unrest, as we see playing in the Occupy Wall Street movement and the Arab Spring.
This is a big concern back home, and one that will not go away immediately unless Indonesia to take a hard look at the results-driven way to handle this problem.

50% of the unemployed in Indonesia are youths
In
June, the World Bank expressed concern that there is a high ratio of youth
unemployment to the overall employment in Indonesia - at a high 3.3 and 50% of
unemployed people in the country aged 15-24.
"Of particular concern is the concentration of the unemployed among the 20-24 year-olds, as this group of relatively well-educated workers," he said in the Indonesia economy Monitor.
In 2012, the Ministry of Higher Education recognizes that a quarter of all graduates have not got a job at graduation, and the World Bank shows that nearly one in five title holders under the age of 25 unemployed in the same year.
The World Bank then asked the question that really stood out: "youth unemployment in Indonesia presents a conundrum: if the economy requires an increasing number of talented workers, why a relatively large share of better educated youth have difficulty finding a job?"

For
me, the answer is simple but does take recognize key facts 3 - that it is not
the responsibility of government to employ the unemployed, that there will
never be enough jobs created by the government to meet the rate of 180,000 new
graduates per year, and entrepreneurship that are solution
is most productive and efficient for the state and the individual.
That being the case, the logical solution is that our education system needs to produce a 'job creator' not job seekers. The educational system at the tertiary level should produce graduates entrepreneurship.
For those of us who have an emphasis since we started in 1991. We make creative thinking is an integral part of the curriculum. We have to get young people to become curious again, to look at creative solutions, wants to be an entrepreneur.

In Africa, we tested the Limkokwing Entrepreneurship Accelerator Platform (LEAP) in the first campus in Botswana. It is a solution to the problems we face - that there is just not enough business to provide internship opportunities for our students last year.
Students who are not able to be placed for an internship where they join the leap to build a team to set up a real business and develop the project. They were mentored by industry professionals to hone and refine business ideas and products; and many of them have gone on to set up a business after graduation.
This branch is that young people end engineering new industries, opening new markets and creating local brands.
While this situation may not seem like terrible in Indonesia such as in Africa, the global wave of unemployment is an image that is hard to ignore.
Ironically, wave after wave of global surveys and government reports say that the book was outside the relationship tertiary market needs - but there are still plenty of Education University mired in a model-based work.
Entrepreneurship is touted as a magic pill, but most education systems are inhabited by people who minded employees. When most of the education system still defined by conformity, how did we breed innovative thinkers and creative people who start a business?
The government does not have to compete with employers
There is another alarming tendency that entrepreneurs face that already exists. As government agencies go into business, resources are massive - human and financial - dwarf businessman.
The government's task is to administer, introduce and implement legislation that supports entrepreneurs, especially in competition with large companies.
When the government went into the business, it competes with the SME is supposed to give a helping hand.
When 99% of businesses in the state of SMEs how they can expect to compete with a government body flush with funds?
When managing funds and risk-taking is part of the daily life of every entrepreneur, how they can compete with a government agency that does not have to worry about the bottom line or produce real results?
When governments compete with employers, they dampen market competition. It suppressed the opportunities, and it drags down earnings, suppress the growth and innovation.
If this becomes widespread, how we would cope with the economy? When SMEs account for 40 percent of GDP and employs nearly 50% of people, imagine the impact it will have on our economy if they
